About the Book: In this lively board book, a young boy starts his first day of school not knowing what to expect. Follow along as he explores his classroom, makes new friends, and enjoys all the creative and interesting activities school can offer.   We chose our first set of books for our read-aloud mini-lessons in September. We strategically chose books with back-to-school themes so we could integrate classroom community building activities with our read-alouds. We selected stories that were complex enough to lend themselves to span across days.

A first edition is the first time a book is printed by a publisher. Not all first editions say the words "First Edition" on the title page. Your book is probably not a first edition if: there is more than one publication date; the word "printing" appears with the publishing information, for example "2nd Printing".   I stressed out so much my freshman year, I not only landed in the hospital, but I didn’t read a single outside reading book all year, and to me, that’s even more tragic. I am only in 10th.
